52 Casa Vieja Modern Hugger Ceiling Fan With Light Led Dimmable for size 2000 X 2000Casa Vieja Ceiling Fans – The flush-style ceiling fan is mounted snugly close to a designated horizontal fairly low ceiling where it’s off the beaten track, and from where it delivers a comforting room breeze. It comes in several diameters, from about 28 to 60-inches, with respect to the size of the room being fitted, and will cost typically from $30 to $300. Installation steps (reading the fan installation instructions thoroughly). 1. Remove the fitting through the ceiling. With the electricity off, slowly eliminate the shade, bulbs, and fixture screws through the electrical junction box within the ceiling. Let the skeleton fixture hang there. With the light tester, make sure the wire connections to this particular fixture are cold (the test light will continue to be off). Cut the wires, leaving 3-5″ of tail allowing you to connect the crooks to the ceiling fan motor assembly. If the property is old, only two wires might exist, a black one plus a white one. Tip: also look into the firmness in the electrical box within the ceiling. If it’s not solidly connected to the ceiling, add two extra screws to its top side, which might require drilling two holes within the box on their behalf. The ceiling fan is heavier compared to the fitting. It also wobbles slightly during operation. 2. Install the mounting bracket. After stripping the ends in the tailing wires within the junction box cleanly, install the mounting bracket for the box using the two 5/32″ screw-bolts provided. Let the tailing wires hang outside in the bracket. 3. Hang the motor assembly through the bracket. Insert the topside motor-hanger into the centralized holder in the bracket. Insert the plastic lock clip that holds it into place. Note: the hanging motor assembly really should swivel slightly. 4. Connect the wiring. Generally, the motor assembly has two so-called hot wires, a black one to the motor plus a blue or off-color one to the lights to become attached below it. Overlap the stripped ends of those two wires (motor and lights) together using the stripped end in the black ceiling wire within the box, and twist connect them together using the wire nut provided. Connect the white assembly wire for the white ceiling wire much the same way.
Then, to help keep these connections from loosening whilst the fan is working, tape the wide lower ends of those nuts for their wires with electrical tape. Also, attach the green fan wire (ground wire through the bracket frame) for the electrical box in the event the box is also grounded which has a third bare or green wire. Otherwise, in the event the electrical box in not grounded, ask an expert about it green wire connection. Some will say to leave it be, i.e., do nothing at all by it. Others could suggest further wiring? 5. Install the flush-mount motor shroud. Install the motor shroud for the far ends in the mounting bracket using the small screws provided. It covers/hides the sides in the motor and also the wiring and ceiling box. 6. Assemble the fan blades (4 to 6) and mount them. After choosing the top or bottom reversible blade color scheme preferred, attach the blades for their end brackets using the screws and washers provided. Then mount the blades for the bottom side of fan motor using the bolts, lock washers, and dampening gaskets provided. Note: these latter pieces sometimes are partially pre-installed for the motor to help keep them separate through the rest in the kit hardware.
Tip: to help keep the motor from becoming too off-level within this step, install the blades one-by-one opposite to one another first of all. 7. Install the lighting assembly. Attach the fan’s lighting assembly for the small round central housing unit just beneath the fan blades through quick-wire-connectors and small screws provided. Install the glass shades, bulbs, and pull-chain extenders within the order instructed. Note: a housing cap is provided in the event the lighting assembly is not wanted for any reason. 8. Test the fan and lights. After turning the electricity back on, flip the wall change to on. Set the pull-chain switches as desired. Often, the fan lighting is set in the future on using the wall switch, whilst the fan itself is controlled from the pull-chain switch only, initially set within the off position. Note: The ceiling fan has a reversible motor switch that permits the draft either to go upward or downward as preferred.
